- Initial One Hour
Consultation at no cost to the prospective client. This time should
be used to get to know each other, to ask questions and to determine
if we are philosophically compatible and to determine if S.B.A.S. can
be of service to you.
- Hourly Rates: Our
rates range between $85 per hour and $135 per hour based on the services
being performed and which staff member is assigned to the task.
- We ask clients who
have made appointments cancel with a 24 hour notice. We reserve
the right to charge $85 for meetings that are not canceled within a
24 hour period.
- We reserve the privilege
of billing for responding to emails, telephone calls, copying, faxing
etc. when these tasks exceed 15 minutes or become excessive in frequency.
- When we travel to
your office or to your banker, lawyer, etc. we will bill our time one
way at the rate of $50 per hour.
- We will bill our
clients monthly for the previous months' time charges. Invoices are
due upon receipt.
- We will discontinue
services for any client who has an outstanding bill of 90 days.
- We
require our clients to keep an active credit card on file. Credit
cards will be charged on the 10th of the month
for the previous month's charges. Invoices will be emailed by the 5th for these clients review.
